RETURN / EXCHANGE / RIGHT OF CANCELLATION - APPLIES TO PRIVATE PERSONS
In accordance with the Act (2000:274) on consumer protection in distance contracts and home sales contracts, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased via mail order, counted from the day you received the goods.
When we have received the item back and ascertained that it is not damaged, we will refund within 30 days the amount you paid for the item as well as any fees.
However, if you ordered more goods than the ones you are returning, we will not refund the shipping cost. This is because the shipping cost is the same regardless of how many items you ordered.
Returned goods must be in substantially unchanged condition and in original packaging.
We appreciate it if you attach the delivery note together with the returned item.
This is so that we can easily deduce who the package comes from.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the general complaints board's recommendation.
Package the item well because you as the customer are responsible for the risk and the cost of the return shipping.
Make sure to send with attached instruction manual/manual.
If the item is not unused and in new condition, the return is not accepted. We will then return the item to you and charge the shipping cost for this.
You must not tape, stick the return shipping slip or the like directly on the original packaging, because then it will be damaged.
A damaged original box means that you will be charged SEK 150 excluding VAT.
If the item is delivered in a package that cannot be opened without damaging the package (e.g. a blister package), you as a consumer have the right to open the package to inspect your item, without your return right being used up.
After we have received and approved a return requesting a refund, we will within 30 days refund the full amount you paid us for your purchase.
