1. GENERAL
The following general conditions are applicable to all agreements that the customer concludes with Stegcentralen i Årjäng AB, organization number: 556683-1326. By ordering, you accept these terms. Make sure that you have read through and understood the terms and conditions at Stegar.se before ordering.
2. ORDER AND AGREEMENT
Possible ways to order products are via online store, email ( order@stegar.se ) and phone ( 0573-638100 ). We reserve the right to refuse a purchase if, for example, you have entered incorrect personal data, are not creditworthy and if fraud is suspected.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice to you. The condition that applies to you is the current condition that you accepted at the time of ordering.
The order can only be completed when you have accepted, entered into and understood our general terms and conditions.
3. WE DO NOT SELL TO YOU UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE
Stegcentralen in Årjäng AB does not enter into agreements with minors without the guardian's approval.
4. DELIVERIES
At Stegcentralen in Årjäng AB, you can order both stock goods that we ourselves stock and so-called made-to-order goods.
If your order contains only stock items, we will of course ship your order immediately.
If your order contains at least one ordered item, we will wait for the ordered item before delivery.
We reserve the right for factual errors and for any final sale.
If it turns out that an article has gone out of stock or otherwise prevents delivery, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.
If you suspect that something is wrong or that an expected delivery is taking an abnormally long time, you are most welcome to contact us so that we have the opportunity to investigate the status of the order.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - APPLIES TO PRIVATE PERSONS
In accordance with the Act (2000:274) on consumer protection in the case of distance contracts and home sales contracts, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased via mail order, counted from the day you received the goods.
When we have received the item back and ascertained that it is not damaged, we will refund within 30 days the amount you paid for the item as well as any fees.
However, if you ordered more goods than the ones you are returning, we will not refund the shipping cost. This is because the shipping cost is the same regardless of how many items you ordered.
Returned goods must be in substantially unchanged condition and in original packaging.
We appreciate it if you attach the delivery note together with the returned item.
This is so that we can easily deduce who the package comes from.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the general complaints board's recommendation.
Package the item well because you as the customer are responsible for the risk and the cost of the return shipping.
Make sure to send with attached instruction manual/manual.
If the item is not unused and in new condition, the return is not accepted. We will then return the item to you and charge the shipping cost for this.
You must not tape, stick the return shipping slip or the like directly on the original packaging, because then it will be damaged.
A damaged original box means that you will be charged SEK 150.
If the item is delivered in a package that cannot be opened without damaging the package (e.g. a blister package), you as a consumer have the right to open the package to inspect your item, without your return right being used up.
After we have received and approved a return requesting a refund, we will within 30 days refund the full amount you paid us for your purchase.
6. PRICES AND FEES
All prices on our website are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK). The price can be shown as excl. and incl. VAT, you can choose whether prices are to be shown excluding or including VAT. VAT by changing the setting. You can find this function at the top left of the web store.
We reserve the right to make price changes and reserve the right to any misspellings of price information as well as any final sale. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees.

If you choose CARD PAYMENT...
In such cases, you don't have to worry about your card details falling into the wrong hands.
We have an SSL Certificate which guarantees that the information sent is encrypted, in other words very secure transmission.
We have the 3D Secure extension on our card payments. This is a service that you as a card user can choose from the card issuer and which gives you extra protection for all card payments over the Internet.
The card users who do not have this extension are not affected by the fact that we have the service linked to our site.
We carry out the card transaction via Stripe ( https://stripe.com/en-se ), Stripe is a third-party payment solution that makes it possible to receive payments via credit or debit card in the webshop. Via Swish, you can pay with your mobile directly to Stegcentralen's Swish number: 123 213 1191. State your order number when paying with Swish.

If you have chosen to shop on invoice, you will always receive a separate e-mail, letter or SMS.

- We then offer 30 days of credit. No extra invoice or shipping costs are added.
- We only offer invoices for registered companies, municipalities, schools, organisations, associations, village teams and congregations.
- The invoice is sent from Svea Ekonomi and paid to Svea Ekonomi, which is our partner for invoice service.
- In the event of late payment, a reminder fee and late payment interest will be charged.
- If you want an invoice, a credit check will automatically take place regardless of the order value. We buy this service from CreditSafe, which in turn sends a copy of the certificate to your registered address (does not apply to registered limited companies).
- We send standard invoices by post and it is a REQUIREMENT that a physical invoice address and company name or company number must be entered at checkout.
- If you want to receive a PDF invoice or Peppol ID, you can enter an email address in the box "Information to admin" on the "Shopping cart" page.
8. METHOD OF DELIVERY
We have cooperation with Schenker, DSV, DHL and PostNord. But of course there may be deviations which mean that we also use other transport companies.
The quantity, size, weight and volume of the order determine which shipping class is applied.
We currently have 13 different shipping classes (in addition to Free/Customer Collection which is only applied by our local customers):

NOTE 1! Our transport costs only refer to delivery on the mainland within Sweden's borders and to addresses to which our transport companies operate.

NOTE 4! EXTRA COSTS for change of address, driving tollbooths, delivery obstacles, warehouse rents and unclaimed parcels, we charge a cost to both private individuals and companies with the actual cost according to the price list from transport companies.
- A CHANGE OF ADDRESS after the item has left the warehouse - We charge SEK 312 incl. VAT (SEK 250 excl. VAT) and there is also an extra shipping cost according to the price list from the transport company.
- TOLL DRIVING FOR A PARTY PROPERTY - We charge this with SEK 1875 incl. VAT (1500 SEK excl. VAT).
- TOLL DRIVING FOR A PACKAGE & UNIT GOODS - We charge this with SEK 462.50 incl. VAT (SEK 370 excl. VAT).
- DELIVERY HINDER - We charge this with SEK 487.50 incl. VAT (SEK 390 excl. VAT).
- WAREHOUSE HIRE - Goods may be stored for 4 days at the terminal, after 4 days we charge SEK 98.75 incl. VAT (SEK 79 excl. VAT) per day.

If you are a private person whose products are delivered with DHL / Schenker / DSV, your shipment is usually notified before delivery. This means that you should be available by phone in the days before estimated delivery.
Shipping costs are reported for each product. If you have put several products in the shopping cart belonging to different shipping classes, the highest one is applied.
Smaller deliveries are sent with PostNord MyPack / Schenker PrivPack to shorten the delivery time. The shipments are notified via SMS if you entered a mobile number when you registered as a customer. Otherwise, we use letter notification, which extends the delivery time by at least 1 day.
For larger order volumes and recurring orders, a separate quote can be provided after contacting us.
9. TRANSPORT RESPONSIBILITY
We take responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost when goods are delivered to you.
When you return an item to us, you as the customer are responsible for the goods.
It is very important that you pack the product carefully so that the product or the original packaging is not damaged. Never use the original packaging as outer packaging, as this will damage it.
If the original packaging is damaged, you will be charged SEK 150 incl. VAT (SEK 120 excl. VAT).
If you discover that the item you receive is damaged in transit, it must be reported directly to the carrier and it cannot be complained about afterwards. The damage must also be reported to our customer service within 24 hours.

10. UNREDEEMABLE PACKAGES
For goods that you as a customer do not redeem, we charge a cost for shipping, return shipping and handling of a total of SEK 300 incl. VAT (SEK 240 excl. VAT).
In the case of bulky shipments, additional shipping costs are also added according to the price list from the transport company.
11. COMPLAINTS
If you want to advertise a product, always contact customer service at info@stegar.se .
It is of course also possible to call customer service on 0573-638100 .
When you contact us, we want you to state your order number.
If you have the opportunity to take a photo of the product, this can speed up the handling.
According to Swedish law, you have the opportunity to advertise a product for up to 3 years after purchase.
The right to complain applies to errors that can be derived from the production of the product and thus does not apply to normal wear and tear or aging of the product.
A complaint must be made as soon as possible after the fault is discovered.
After we receive the returned item, we will process the case within 30 days.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
We consider ourselves released from fulfilling our obligations in this agreement if this is due to a change in legislation, government action, conflict in the labor market, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sabotage, major accidents or similar events.
We undertake not to disclose or resell in any way the personal data we collect from our customers.
We only collect the information we need to be able to process your order and the information is only used by ourselves and the partners we use to complete the purchase.
Examples of partners are PSP (Payment Service Provider) and Creditors and banks. In our case Stripe ( https://stripe.com/en-se ).
13. SECURITY
Attempts at fraud with, for example, false or stolen card details are reported to the police.
We log IP addresses in connection with payment being made in order to be able to use these in the event of a police report.
14. COOKIES
A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer.

The information in a cookie can be used to track a user's surfing.

When you contact us with an inquiry, place an order with us or agree to receive newsletters from us, we will collect your possible company name, your name, address, email address and telephone number.
We need this information that you provide to us in order to be able to fulfill our commitment to you, deliver your ordered product/service or provide you with support for delivered products/services.
When you visit our website, we automatically get access to which browser, operating system, which type of device you are surfing from and your IP address. This is to be able to adapt our site and our content so that you get as pleasant an experience as possible. This is a common procedure and occurs on most web pages.
