We here at Stegcentralen in Årjäng AB value you as a customer and undertake to protect your privacy when we handle your personal data. We always handle the information we collect responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Purpose of collecting information/personal data

The goal of Stegcentralen i Årjängs AB's handling of personal data is not to collect more data than is necessary to be able to deliver our services. The purpose of the collection is to provide the opportunity for delivery of products, support, invoicing and to be able to contact affected users with information.

Regarding sales to private individuals and companies, the processing of personal data is necessary in order for an agreement with the registered customer to be concluded or fulfilled.

Regarding sales to companies or organizations, the processing of personal data is necessary with regard to the legitimate interest that the service/product can be delivered to the registered customer about whom the company customer has provided information.

In addition to this, the collection of personal data on people inside the company is necessary in order for Stegcentralen to be able to get in touch with the company customer and provide the necessary information and support.

Personal data is mainly collected from the registered person (private person) and the company's employees.
Even if a credit report or check with the enforcement officer occurs in contact with you as a customer, we never record any internal information about you as a person.

We collect information in several different ways, mainly when:

- You contact us verbally or in writing with a request regarding a product.
- You order products from us, either through the website or via email/phone.
- You decide to take part in an offer such as in a newsletter.

Information that we collect is stored with great security and will never be knowingly passed on for marketing purposes to third parties.

What happens to your information?

When you contact us with an inquiry, place an order with us or agree to receive newsletters from us, we will collect your possible company name, your name, address, email address and telephone number.

We need this information that you provide to us in order to be able to fulfill our commitment to you, deliver your ordered product/service or provide you with support for delivered products/services.

When you visit our website, we automatically get access to which browser, operating system, which type of device you are surfing from and your IP address. This is to be able to adapt our site and our content so that you get as pleasant an experience as possible. This is a common procedure and occurs on most web pages.

With regard to newsletters, with your consent we will be able to send emails with unique offers on our products and services.

Written notes we make here at Stegcentralen are never discarded/thrown away without having gone through our document shredders.

and request this. We will then contact you to confirm your identity. After this is established, we will delete all your personal data from our system. The right to be forgotten is an important part of the rules introduced on 25 May 2018.

This is something that we will only do if we are forced to do so by law.


Where is your personal data stored?
We store all personal information on servers located within Sweden. We store your data on secure servers with firewalls. Our website is hosted by a Swedish company with a high standard in security.
